This privacy policy defines how we, PRO GIS SOLUTIONS S.R.L., based in Cluj-Napoca, str. Câmpului, nr. 115, jud. Cluj, registered with the ONRC under no. J12/3387/2015, CUI 35208633, hereinafter referred to as ,,Pro SCAN Solutions'', as a personal data controller, collects, uses and stores your personal data when you access or interact with the website www.pro-scan-solutions.ro.
The protection of your personal data is important to us, therefore we pay particular attention to protecting the privacy of visitors accessing the www.pro-scan-solutions.ro website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as ''GDPR'').

iii) Natural or legal persons acting as proxies for Pro SCAN Solutions in various fields (e.g. accounting services, transport services, IT services, payment services, etc. and providing certain services for Pro SCAN Solutions), in respect of whom we are obliged to put in place specific measures to comply with data protection requirements.
iv) Any relevant person, agency or court in Romania or another country - to the extent necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right of Pro SCAN Solutions in court.
v) In the event that our company merges or is acquired by another company, the information collected will be assets transferred to the new owner.
Pro SCAN Solutions has taken all necessary steps to ensure that the processing of data by third parties is carried out in good faith, for legitimate purposes and in compliance with appropriate technical and organisational requirements to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
To this end, additional agreements shall be concluded between Pro SCAN Solutions and its business partners containing clauses on compliance with personal data protection and information confidentiality standards.

The security of your data is very important to us. To this end, we have put in place safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of the information we collect.

12. MODIFICATION OF THIS POLICY
Pro SCAN Solutions may amend, without prior notice, when necessary this Policy to reflect applicable legal requirements and processes carried out within Pro SCAN Solutions and involving the processing of personal data.
The revised Policy will be effective within 180 days from the date of its publication and for users who accepted the old Policy.
