Disputes arising out of the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be settled by the competent courts of law within the radius of mun. Cluj-Napoca.

If any provision of this document is considered invalid by the competent legal courts, the invalidity of such a provision will not affect the validity of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use, which remain in force.

This document constitutes entirely an agreement between the User and PRO GIS SOLUTIONS SRL regarding the use of the website https://pro-scan-solutions.ro.
